what is that filter that u use with the dbz posts? or do the models just look like that?

Is a mix of two things. I use the Lighting Boy Shader in Blender to give the models a anime type of shading and a filter on Photoshop to make it look like retro Dragon Ball. You can search how to make the filter from a tutorial made by "mauro Delacroix" on YT. Is in spanish tho.
