Celia is like the type of person who is normal but her thought process from A to B is a complete mystery. Correct assumptions, correct deductions, completely bizarre execution. A complete and total understanding of social customs but a blatant disregard for them. She's a fantastic actress but it's a wonder how she can even act if you don't know her.

She's genuinely very kind though. Her quiet disposition makes her a little hard to approach if you talk to her for a bit she'll chat for hours.
