Marcie is very sub in a lot of things so she'll hint to Kingston and he has to be the one to initiate things, but technically its Marcie initiating it indirectly. Kingston can be trusted to pick up on her cues and later on when they get more comfy in the r/s he also can be a bit more spontaneous in showing affection :'>
