I remember Tal enjoys cooking, but what is his go to dish?
He likes making meat dishes, despite his wife and kids being herbivores. Feral monsters are typically "ethically" okay to eat in his world, so he likes roasting or grilling things like cockatrice meat. His personal favorite thing and guilty pleasure to cook for himself, though? Cheeseburgers.

For those who are just coming in and catching up, would you list your OCs and their names? I’m just bad with names and I wanna know what to call each of these lovely goobers :3
The main one I draw is my dense horse bard, Talon. he's married to the sheep lady named Shiny (Moonshine) and has 7 children: Lillian, Melody, Aria, Ramsey, Marigold, Dirge and Requiem (..Tal is a musician/nerd and Shiny likes flowers).
Tal has a twin sister named Rosabel who is married to a mercenary named Broadsword, and they have 3 children: Rune, Karabella and Falx. Broadsword belongs to my husband, Zito.
There's also the tavern staff Tal and Shiny work alongside, but I haven't 100% sorted out their current designs. I will soon, hopefully.

How well does horse handle water? does he like to swim with his wife and kids?
Tal is terrified of deep water. He can bathe, shower, or sit in shallows no problem.. but the moment he can't feel the bottom he gets scared. He is okay with pools but not deep rivers, lakes or the ocean. He won't deny his family a swim just because he can't, though; he actually has a pool and a hot tub he dug out/installed himself, at their house. He likes to soak while the kids play.

what are shiny and tal's favorite dishes to make at home, and to serve at the diner?
Shiny's favorite dish to make is braised carrot stew, with as many different colored carrots as she can get her hands on for it. Tal's favorite meal to cook is seasoned roasted veggies (and meat) with a moderate splash of red wine in the sauce. She prefers making filling meals, while he prefers making flavorful meals.

Ros, how often did you have difficulties getting Tal to take his medicine? What sort of difficulties were they?
Ros: "Says he hates the taste. Texture wrong. Doesn't like the smell. Needles make him anxious. And so on. Ended up being easier to get him to take them before a nap, then later just administer them directly while he was sleeping so he couldn't complain. Awkward yet convenient we later learned he'll eat and drink things in his sleep if you shove them in his mouth..."
