Do you ever worry about your health? I know that being big isn't the same as being unhealthy, but there could be some negative side effects to your weight, especially with how sedentary you are.

YES. I need to help my heart rate, it's struggling. The fact that my back hurts so bad from standing? Longer than 4-5 minutes? Or using the stairs ONCE up or down means I need another quick break? It takes me a little over a minute to put on... socks.

I don't plan to gain as fast as I have been much longer. This was meant to be an intense 3 month streak to see how far I could go. Then I put in my hiatus and it became... very easy @~@" It's been insane. But I am watching myself, stretching, taking it easy, but trying to keep myself moving.

Sometime in January I will hit a semi-return to normalcy and will work on my health and more natural, steady gains. I would like to be able to carry a bit more and to do that I need stamina and more than 5% muscle mass to my body lol.
