Do you think you'll struggle at first with scaling back portion sizes a bit? How long did it take you getting used to the maintainer's lifestyle last time you ended a gaining spurt? Super impressed with your gains, btw. You're looking ROUND, wow.

I already am strugglin ;v; Portion sizes aren't an issue as much as snacks. I'm a grazer~ I never got used to eating less before I just dealt with it u m u But thank you, thank you!
