Hi, I'm excited for the exchange! I was wondering, will the signup form have separate fields for likes/DNWs in things we want to give vs things we want to recieve? A lot of things I'm willing to create aren't necessarily what I'd ask for in a gift, and vice versa.
Thank you for asking! It currently does not have a separate section for things you're specifically comfortable with creating (just if you're okay with making SFW/NSFW/Problematic vs receiving SFW/NSFW/Problematic). In the past when doing exchange matchups, I've tried to compare likes/dislikes so that people were for the most part making things they too would be interested in receiving. I will, however, take this under consideration and add a separate section to the form for creation, rather than just receiving.

Hi, I had a question about the holiday event. If there's a prompt that we were going to draw anyways outside of this event, would that be okay? Like for example, someone asked for Christmas lights but didn't get it, could they post something of that theme outside of the event, along with the prompt they were given? I hope that makes sense, thank you!
Yes, that's fine! Any inspiration you have to create outside of the event is totally acceptable. We just want to make sure we have at least one person posting for each day within the event.

Apologies if you missed it! We are monitoring new signups so anyone that fills out the form, but doesn't join the server on their own, gets a DM with the link to make sure they are added.

Will pinch hitters be assigned giftees to create for or will they be the ones to claim requests?
If you are signing up as only a pinch hitter, you will just be claiming a request for a pinch hitter. If you sign up to create and also check the pinch hitter box, then you will be assigned a giftee and have the option to take on a second if need be.

is it possible to sign up as a pinch hitter without joining the exchange itself?
Sure! If you would like to just be considered for pinch hitting, you can fill out the form, select the pinch hit box, and then in the comments section mark that you are only interested in pinch hitting. Then you can join the server (if you'd like) and we'll notify you by email if pinch hitting is needed at any point.
