French doesn't natively have gender neutral pronouns so all of the pronouns besides il and elle in use by the French queer community are neopronouns. The most common one is iel, which is a blend of il and elle. There are others but I haven't seen them in nearly as much use as iel. There's also not much by way of gender neutral familial terms. There's no word for sibling (besides adelphe, which is antiquated but making a comeback in French Canada). There's also no neutral word for aunt or uncle (in common use anyway) so they'll usually just call them cousins as a broad category of extended relative. A lot of the lack of gender neutral stuff is because of l'académie française being dumb.
