Hi, Bitching is an Omegaverse trope where a non-Omega character (usually an Alpha) gets turned into an Omega. This usually entails a lot of sex with an Alpha but it can entail whatever process you can imagine, the Omegaverse is very flexible like that. The only necessary component for this specific prompt for this week is that Megumi becomes an Omega at some point in the work.

Yes writing chapter fics or the start for any chapter fics with the prompts is perfectly acceptable. :)
