Hello there, will it be possible to collect PO bundle (without on site gifts) only?

Hello, yes. For such, you can inform the event staff at the entrance of the cafe you intend to just collect your PO bundle and go.
Can one still enter the cafe without a ticket? As in just being present at the cafe but not consume food/buy merch?

Will my friends and I be able to sit at the same table?
I was able to make a time slot reservation but my friends didnt (they didn't find out about it until jn)
Hello, if your friends are unable to book the same timeslot as you did, they will have to be considered Walk-Ins for that slot. Please note that Walk-Ins are only allowed in AFTER the 15 minutes grace per slot, subject to availability of seats.

Hello, each ticket reservation accounts for one dine-in seat reservation. If 3 people intend to dine-in, please have 3 dine-in timeslot ticket reservations.

Hello, yes please note that each ticket is for 1 person only. One slot ticket entitles you to 1 seat for dining in during your reserved timeslot. Yes each person needs a ticket, otherwise they will have to be Walk-ins, where seats for dining in is subject to availability.

Yes, the cupsleeve, ticket, and SG-exclusive stickers are onsite gifts that can be redeemed with min. spend receipt of 15SGD on the cafe F&B, while stocks last! (those who have pre-purchased the SSA Food Vouchers have their onsite gifts guaranteed without worry of stocks running out)

Hello! Unfortunately there won't be any booths at the event due to the cafe's rules where non-admins are not allowed to sell items. The only merchandise available at the cafe will be through the scratch cards!

Hello, yes, takeaway order receipts will also be eligible for raffle draws, as long as 1) it meets the min. spend required, and 2) it is submitted to the admin table before the last 15min of the timeslot, which is when the raffles will be drawn.

Hello, unfortunately there will be no onsite sales of the event bundle at the cafe.
However, there will still be the Scratch Card prizes available onsite, exclusive to the SG cafe (max 3 pulls per min. spend receipt), along with other small activities / gifts you can take part in / redeem onsite! :)

Hello! You should have received a confirmation email with your details previously during the bundle PO. Please contact us via email / dms with your details if you do not have any confirmation email so that we may verify your purchase and we will proceed from there!
