I've been patient, I've waited a whole year for my items and they still aren't here and I can't cancel my order cause it was quite a lot of money. I know you have people who praise you for all your work, and yeah it's a lot of work I'm just frustrated that it's everyone who aren't the ones facing the problems I (or others who feel the same as me) have to face in this case, their experience is different from ours.(3/)
