Does Serena’s father ever consider using her farts to against enemy threats

To some extent, yep. But he knows that it is something he could never even ask her for multiple reasons, one of them being that Serena would completely refuse. The other is that she would get super nervous just imagining her farts would be used as weapons, and nerves make her farts worse

What is the most destruction that Serena's first have caused to the kingdom?

It was with her most powerful fart ever recorded. It was so powerful that the entire continent shook; Castles were destroyed, houses collapsed and forests shook. It was something never seen before and from then on Serena was seen as a threat.

It depends on the power of the fart, it can range from making it look like a jacuzzi, doing like Moses and opening a path through the water, or completely boiling it!
