Depends on where she actually is. Her castle has been remodeled a bit to support both her weight and size and a lot of the architecture is better suited for her body, but doorways are definitely still sometimes an enemy (you can only make an opening so large, plus sometimes she does overeat just a bit).

General stuckage is a pretty big issue when she visits other places though, yes. Many talks have been had about increasing the size of doorways across the entire kingdom, but not much work has been done yet
