Most weirdly specific kink that people wouldn’t think anybody would enjoy in that way?

I guess washing/cleaning, and I don't mean this as in just "micro lick the filth away". Things like, traditional ear cleaning, tooth picking, etc. can be fun, though I guess you could encompass all of this under pampering...
