Is there anything notable about her suit? Like does it protect her from her own antics if they go haywire?

nothing special, she just really like the looks of it and how it "accentuates the good parts" as she puts it, sometimes she stuffs balloons in there for pranks or tease but that's about it. It should also be noted she's not an actual clown and just likes the aesthetics too.
