I believe it is and it can be a bad thing. Like yeah, you can look at porn and enjoy it everyday a normal amount and there’s nothing wrong with some masturbation every once in a while, but when it starts to consume your life, like you can’t go without looking at porn or you are neglecting your physical and mental health to masturbate and look at porn then there is an issue and you need help.
