Does Behr have an ambitions to make the Cafe a full brand with many locations or is she content with the single Cafe she has?
Behr is content with one cafe, however, if there were a way to expand they wouldn't say no. Their biggest worry with expansion, however, is that she might not be able to dote on people as often as she can now.
