Especially based on in game voice lines.
Everything from the "seems I've made a habit of saving your life" to the "finally/no more experiments"
Cause like the tension there is palpable, but even at the same time, Moira is one of the only people connected to Gabe's old life pre-Reaper era. It's so so fascinating
