Can you imagine when Diluc goes over to serve them? He hikes up his small dress to reveal more of his plush thighs, as he's been trained. Crepus and Kaeya are seething as they notice the multiple bruises and bite marks littering his body. There are hand-shaped bruises around his neck, like he's been choked. And Diluc's eyes have lost the shimmer, regarding them without a trace of recognition as he jumps into his well-rehearsed speech of the menu's specials as well as the "special menu" prices.
When they realize that Diluc can't recognize them, Crepus and Kaeya likely plan in secret to buy a private session with him. Then, when Diluc escorts them to the room, they have to knock him unconscious and sneak out with him. It's difficult with such high security in the establishment, but Crepus and Kaeya have plenty of espionage and combat training, so they manage to leave unnoticed.
Diluc will no doubt panic when he wakes, but by then, they'll be far from this place. And Crepus and Kaeya will be patient in helping Diluc recover and take as long as he needs to escape from the hold that place has on him.
