hiiii!! im an artist too and i saw the last rs you answered although they werent really nice i have some tips for you that might help if you struggle with anatomy and is just trying new things for practice! you can find any references on pinterest or pose apps, also tracing positions is not "copying" its just making your work easier, dont be ashamed to use them for your favor, i really like your shading and your unique art style, all artists struggle with hands so keep working and dont give up! i also really like your dark colors but i wonder if you ever would be up for the challenge of making a more bright and colorful art, i hope you dont think i mean any harm, i see people just being mean to artists trying their best and never giving real good advices.. if you improve your anatomy and proportions i think you can become a huge artist and people will beg you to draw things for them. never give up and dont let people discourage you, but always be open for improvement, we as artists need to grow every day to become better versions of ourselves and bring entertainment to people! ^^ lmk if i was overboard or if you need any more tips <3
Heya, sorry for the late answer. Thanks for liking my shading and your kind words. ^^
I've done a lot of different kinds of coloring before (I really need to make a info thread on my profile for all my different artworks) I do like high contrast the most, it seems.
The tips you're giving me are literally the same I give others if they need help- and trust me I use them. I just try to find my own style in using anatomy. I never want to be Da vinci or Van Gogh, even tho that would be sick, I'm kidding.
I don't know if you're following what I'm posting but that's the reason I'm doing the nastysketch things... to focus solely on anatomy, no funky coloring nothing just lineart or sketchy lineart....
Thank you for coming to talk to me anyway!^^
