How do you guys get more mutuals on rs ? :o can I have tips since sometimes just following someone doesn’t really work (they don’t follow back sometimes)

i think being someone who asks questions gets you noticed an OK amount. other than that, being someone who always responds to them... and stuff. LOL... i don't know much else.
