I know people joke about it but find a ship or character or OC to obsess over. It will increase the rate of improvement. General tips, basics in anatomy will help. If you choose to exaggerate body parts it helps to have some kind of base. Knowing s bit of perpective gives you more options with compositions. You don't need to be perfect on either tho. Lots of learning as you go. Corn gifs or videos are a good resource for finding poses (again anatomy) and visualizing movement + space. For the actual drawing part, it's honestly best to work off a pose instead of trying to imagine it at first. Its pretty hard when you're starting bc you have to consider 3d space to make it convincing especially with POV extreme angles. It can be pretty frustrating ngl.... always do simple forms first before adding any kind of detailing like muscles, fingers, faces. It's easier to fill things in after. You probably want to lose a little shame too hahaha
