I noticed that sometimes Leon and Maddox wear some kind of wristbands on their forearms, do they have any use or do they just wear it because it looks cool?
also, is there any way to show you fan-arts?, just to keep it in mind for the future :>
They're cuffs that they both just like wearing! :) But if there's a deeper meaning it's probably because of their upbringings having some type of guilt or imprisonment in ways. Leon's is attached to his curse, Maddox's is tied to his lab imprisonment :P

This question might be a long shot but what type of media have you consumed in the past for the inspirations for your characters? Which character did you find to be the perfect mix from the medias you've consumed?
Leon was inspired off Eddsworld, Monster Prom and Mystery Skulls!! Eddsworld given his personality kinda, definitely his hoodie. Monster Prom for his general plantguy design, and his whole beast/werewolf concept comes from Mystery Ben's kitsune form n stuff especially.
He's my jack of all trades pretty much of what medias I consume and just what I feel like doing, and overall one of my most favorite character tropes. However I think his current closest behavior and voice references I can go off of is Sonic the Hedgehog with extra tidbits from Scout TF2 lol B)

how would it possible to learn to draw even a fraction as good as you, I really want to learn how to draw well but I feel like I'd just be starting off too old and wouldn't get anywhere (I am 18)
You can always start at any age, but my best tip was always start as soon as you can. pewdiepie did an extensive video on how he learned to draw just by heavily using references, anybody can reach a professional level with art, and he reached an amazing skill in just 100 days!!!
Digital can be easier to learn since you won't need to purchase tons of markers. I suggest a screenless wacom tablet off amazon for about $40 - $70 [or whatever you use works well enough] and gettin a copy of either clipstudio paint or paint tool sai. Study what you wanna go for using pinterest [less ai,] trace if you have to learn shapes [but don't claim traced work as your own!] I majorly studied character designs and body anatomy :D
It took me years to get where I am now. So be patient with yourself, you will have pits where you feel no motivation, you will get mad at yourself sometimes, and it can get frustrating or saddening, but there's always room to get better and pick yourself back up. Someday things will feel breezier than ever and goddamn it's worth working for it
