It's natural!! It's not super big but I think because she is so pale, it appears very prominently. For cosmetics, she really only does some eye makeup... she looks effortless but it's definitely effort. At least the world of xiv has the help of magic and glamours LOL

Secret answer: if it were up to me I would've had it below her eye, but I believe that beauty mark placement is only for duskwight...
