Hi this is a bit old but i MISS SEPHINE SOOO MUCH I'm answering it now.
Favorite people is a little difficult. I think she's generally pretty lax about her company-- that said, I think people she can joke with (who understand that she's joking) she likes the most. In the scions, that'd be a lot of them-- Thancred, Estinien, Alisaie... She does love to poke fun at Alphinaud and Urianger... She gossips with Krile and Tataru-- basically, I'd say she's pretty comfortable with her coworkers, lol...

As for outside the scions... She and Aymeric act like very old friends. She goes to see Carv often, too. I'm sure she has more but those are the only two I can immediately think of. lol

People she dislikes. Erik (monk quests) & people like him. She does not care if hes a tsundere or secretly deep down thoughtful towards individuals. She hates people who talk down on others based on their education, or those who are just obnoxious. Unfortunately for her, academia has plenty of people like that.
She will relentlessly talk down to them, in return, and it is scathing. Anyone who has ever seen it happen thinks it's frightening. Scary lady.

Tldr: She likes sarcastic people with subtle attitudes. Hates know-it-alls and will do everything in her power to take them down a few notches.
