Besides the parasite anthology, what’s expected in the upcoming iron pen? Or ongoing if this reaches you at a later date.
A sequel to the Power Corrupts story, a symbiote pairing, more Dawn of the Drones, and some demon action to name a few. Couple short stories as well of varying topics as well.

I always feel bad after reading identity erase, but I know that it is irrational. How do I reconcile with myself?
Not a psychologist/psychiatrist, but I would try to find where those feelings are coming from. If it's just from a dislike of the subject then I would simply stop reading it, there are certain topics I don't read because I don't care for them. If it really is an irrational feeling and you enjoy the material but feel guilty about it you might want to introspect on why that is. Growing up in a religious background it took a long time for myself to not feel guilty about NSFW stuff, but having identified that as the cause had freed me in realizing that an external component was putting pressure on an otherwise enjoyable activity. In reality since you know its irrational it would be prudent to seek out the source, and if there is trauma involved I would highly recommend seeking a licensed professional to help sort such things out.

any wise words of wisdom for your fans? some of us are 2005 kids, we're starting college now!
Hmmm... I guess here's a few things I've picked up along the way:
Don't be afraid to fail, but do prepare for it.
Limits are there for a reason; find what yours are, keep to the other side of them, and recognize that they may change.
Always do your research if you want to weigh in on something, just because someone sounds right doesn't mean they are.
Mind your own business, the easiest way to complicate your life is to get involved in someone else's.
Respect is earned and not given, but that's a two-way street.
First learn to survive, then work to thrive.
That's a few things, hoping that helps.

Ever have commissions that you wish would have been longer due to getting into the story you created?
There are a few, I've actually gone to commissioners a few times and asked if they wouldn't mind getting story extensions.

Would you ever consider moving to another state, eg Michigan, Minnesota, Maine, Massachusetts?
It's possible, I very much enjoy where I live though so it would have to a pretty big reason to move.
