thank you so much! i learned myself with drawing a lot of easy one-line sketches to teach myself to grab silhouette. also helps sketch with one spot to understand shape and moving and dynamic. i dont like photo references they confuse me more than helping honestly... mostly i draw from my head +-. good anatomy book is "anatomy for sculptors" with good simple schemes. also drawing bodies based on simple fugures - helps a lot too - you dont focus on details and see the whole body. and dont push yourself too hard. brain will learn one way or another and with any practice you're become cooler in drawing. also other artists and "stealing" their features helps too cuz they already noticed and stylezed anatomy and it makes anatomy understanding easier. and yeah being obsessed with something + horny helps too.... so you just draw and dont give a fuck about quality it mostly about amount of drawing? idk... if you have questions you can ask!!
