You have two portals, one on top and one on bottom. You place a pole between the portals. You then take the bottom of the pole and weld it to the top through the portals.
Discuss.

I'm trying to work out the logistics of this I'm my brain and I'm bluescreening, it is not specified that the bottom portal is the other side of the top portal, am I wrong? So it shouldn't be a mind blowing thing, the pole could be going to literally anywhere else
