Oooh man hard question... Skoll was one of the characters that took MONTHS to figure out. He had a largely different backstory and was a tanuki zoan for a long time! I am very happy with how he came out design and personality wise, and his ship with Crocodile is wonderful. I was thinking about them and their daughter, Sophie, earlier today actually.
Tiramisu is obviously up there... I also do love Khazri (first OP oc I made) even tho I don't draw him much.
Writing... writing... I feel like a lot of the younger characters I struggle with because I just Don't Know what to do for them personality or story wise. A lot of them are confined to specific locations (lunarians especially) and I just don't rlly know what to do with em. S-Kite is a character whose personality I don't really have a solid grasp on, same with Rhoswen.
I feel like Akerue is a bit tricky at times because he's sympathetic... but also not? Writing him interacting with Crimson Peak (Den's Guild) is difficult bc Crimson literally take in outsiders- which Akerue is. Some sorta personal slight there, tho not sure what it was in canon (in an au Rose n I have, he caused Parvita's death).

What made Tira help Rosé when he first met her?
I imagine this happened during a time when he was floating between "laps", so to speak, so he wasn't really sure what to do with himself. Maybe it was boredom. Maybe it was a recognizance of self in another. I always imagine he bought a hotel room for them all n they just chatted for a while, which is how he recognizes Queen later in Wano.
Maybe he was lonely and just wanted someone to talk to. It's hard to say, he's a bit of an enigma like that

I originally made Tira's height flux to play into his mink heritage, but retconned that to be part of his devilfruit.
He canonically does not have an outfit bc I do not like the one on his ref n cannot think of another lmao
He was originally written to be a lot angrier and spiteful, but now he's just kinda chill and sassy.
He's the Minister of Coffee, but officially he was the ambassador for the Big Mom Pirates. Mostly Linlin let him go so he'd stop creeping on his younger siblings. Since being exiled, he's basically a stay-at-home dad but the home he stays at is Rose's lmao

Ughhh I'm so sick and tired of fucking ZoSan. I don't like Sanji to begin with and I don't get why people ship them. Any female character x Luffy is annoying (especially Hancock fuck that bitch). Tbh any ship involving a woman.

Sexuality wise I imagine him to be omnisexual since his species sees gender differently + the flag is pretty!
His favourite food is those curry bowls you dip naan bread in (idk the name).
His animal resemblance is a grizzly bear!
He was pretty sexually active in his youth (20s) when he was starting up his merchant guild and getting Around. Even slept with Naya a few times. He never really devoted himself to anyone until he met Parvita (early 30's) and eventually the poly~
He had a fear of heights as a kid (ironic given his hometown) since he was a chubby kid and landings were hard. Seeing Naya effortless leap about even without wings helped him get over that.
Den is totally the dad who falls asleep watching tv, then immediately wakes up when someone touches to remote and grumbles that he's watching it.

What were Den's first thoughts of the world when he got released from his crystal prison?
His immediate thought was worrying about where Parvita had gone. Once the chaos had settled and he found out he's been asleep for 900 years, he was mostly curious about how the world has changed. He spent many hours pouring over maps and is very curious about modern technology and goods! He was a merchant after all.
