Are “sovereign Corpro-state” a thing in SpaceShipping? Have Bepis & Conk Got their own Corpro-Feif’s or are such institutions still beholden to some form of government oversight & control?

The comedy potential for logical extremes of corporatism seem very ripe, and that's pretty evident with stuff like BepisHab so I would say it's likely.
