To open up a little, ..I haven't been caught biting down my own fingers, scratching my arms, doing whatever it takes to ease my mind from sad or overwhelming thoughts, whenever they do occur. And I'd rather not tell my family or they might get mad at me & take me somewhere outside of my comfort zone.
