Hello! Yes, you'll be able to modify your google drive until applications close. We recommend opening your google drive link in an incognito tab to check that all links/files are in order and viewable!

hi! i was wondering if the merch samples had to be examples of tht types of merch listed that would be made? (ie washi tape, keychains, stickers, prints etc); or would other types of merch be alright? thank you!

hello, for the writer app samples, i had planned to do file uploads, but as it asks for links, i was wondering if i could put ao3 links for the samples, and if so, what would happen if the fics linked are over 2500 words.
Hi! It's perfectly fine to send AO3 links as samples. If the fic is over 2500 words, you can opt to select an excerpt from the fic and upload it as a document file, or paste the excerpt into the form. Submissions over 2500 words will not be considered, as the mods need to take time to read through every submission from each applicant.

Hello I read the guideline for when the applications come out and I had a question: It says we have to give 3 drawings + portfolio, so how does it work exactly? I give 3 individual links + a link for the whole portfolio?
Hello! Thank you for asking, yes that's exactly how it works! The application form will require 3 individual links + a link to your portfolio, please make sure the links aren't broken! The 3 samples would be a way for us to see your personally selected best 3 drawings. They can be google drive links or social media links attached to 3 respective samples! (These 3 pieces may or may not be part of your portfolio).

But for now my question is, in the Artists application, may I know what are the 3 samples mean?
Also about the portfolio, may I send my general portfolio which is from a Behance link? I showcase lots of my illustrations in the portfolio for you guys to see in the link specifically since I initially made the portfolio for my animation course internship

hi! i was wondering if participants will be able to post their pieces on their own accounts at any point, e.g. after zine has been completed/published? i was also wondering if there’s a spoiler or timeline assumption for the works (maybe more significant for writing or for works that depict specific scenes?), like if they should be set after part 3 or something? thank you!
Hello! Yes, participants are allowed to post their pieces on their own accounts after the zine has been published and pre-orders have been sent out, we will make an announcement to participants when that time comes!
In the case of timeline for works, art pieces would be placed around act 3 as that is the time when the second solos were released!
There may be discussions with the artists on specific details after character assignments have been decided, in consideration of what may be too big of a spoiler. Fic pieces have no strict part of the timeline, except that the anime EDs + Golden Encore would be around act 1 - 2, Bouquet in a Distant Universe would be around act 2 - 3, Madoka's piece will have a completely free timeline to explore! (also to add, this is just for the final fics of the zine, spoilers and such are all okay for application submissions!)

Hello! As long as the fics stick with the song theme and lyrics, including the rookies would be no problem at all! With that said, Golden Encore has to be very rookies centric! (other characters' appearances will have to be minute)
