The bug arm? Morally, yes, because you took it off of a human, but technically no because it only contains insect material.
Like for example if a bug that is in all other ways a bug had one human arm and you cut it off and ate it, morally you didn't just commit cannibalism, but technically you did because you ate human flesh. Does this make sense?
