Do you like working out? If so, do you have any fitness plans you recommend for lazy people like me??

I do like working out! I'm not like, a Fitness Guy, but I can tell you the best things you can do if you want to make it a habit are 1. start small, like, real small. easy mode. the first goal is simply forming the habit, so get a chill baseline going that you can also fall back on later if you start getting overwhelmed or tired. and 2. pick stuff that you actually like doing ^ ^ I used to think I had to run if I wanted to work out "correctly" but I hated it so I rarely kept the habit for more than like a month. Currently, my routine is small because of where I live, but I like my near-daily walk where I can zone into my thoughts and my headphones, so I've been at it pretty consistently all year
