Its been a long while since I've drawn Lana, but to answer your question, Lana is based off of a computer, mostly older PCs. Its hard to tell with her current design, but her face is actually a monitor. The thing sticking out of her head is meant to be a mouse but it can be hard to see. I may tweek Lana's design when ever I draw her next.
