i miss 5kz so bad i feel like after the heavy social media bans there is such a heavy disconnection between us and them :(. idk if we will ever get our old connection with them back bc unless they discuss this at contract renewals these restrictions arent being lifted any time soon. before when we voiced our concerns we were always heard, wether it be chn indirectly addressing it in chns room or smth else but now it just feels like shouting into an empty void.. everything just feels so.. scripted? and censored. i know if this collab happened back before chns room got cancelled he would have atleast indirectly addressed it but now.. :/

Idk I hear people bragging left and right about how much creative freedom and power 5kz has but at the same time people are saying their company completely controls them and they're absolutely helpless and can't do anything about it. Just like everyone likes to brag with 5kz humanitarian work and charity donations in fanwars, but as soon as people expect the same for other humanitarian issues (because once again, showing some sort of support for the people dying and suffering in Gaza is NOT something political) it's not okay. Anon, Itzy have posted pics with Palestinian flags/symbols in the background and they're also with jyp3 so I dunno why people are so insistent that it's impossible for skz- they're the most profitable group in the company- if they wanted to do something to indicate support they absolutely could and to insist otherwise is just wild. They aren't mindless puppets with no agency and I can guarantee if a single one of them decided to donate to gaza or post a picture with something symbolic in the background they would face no meaningful repercussions in their jobs- people just cling to this bc it's easier to believe that than accept they haven't said anything bc they don't care to.

But it makes me feel so much more understood because I’ve felt so dumb for how genuinely awful the whole situation has made me feel. I hadn’t realized how much they had become my reason for everything I did. Which is SO unhealthy, and I understand that, but having that comfort so abruptly become something that causes me so much anger and disappointment has done some awful things to my mental health. maybe you all should let this frustration out to the actual people in power to make a change like the governments and politicions that they deny everything that is happening and literally allow it in the first place not the powerless employees that are under tons and tons of contracts.
