How does Starry shrink down after growing? Or is it just a permanent growth until they're bigger than the universe?

That's the rub of all size stuff, ain't it.. If he were smaller sizes, pre-planetary kind of stuff, then I can see shrinking making sense! But if he's like, galactic+? I think he'd probably just stay around that size until a sort of 'reset' had to happen.
