I don't keep much teas with me. I'm nearing 40s so i think is time for me to take care of my body a bit. My teas are in individual packs or dried so i don't have to worry about spilling or getting it exposed. Except my loose leaves Oolong tea. I have yet to find a nice bottle for my Oolong tea. π
As for beneficial, it does!!
For example, I'm working almost more than 12 hours per day so i need better rest. Chamomile tea really helps me gets to sleep faster and better.
Other teas are mostly taken as supplements such as roselle and other infused teas.
Teas has always been my interest. It kinda peaked when I moved and live in the countryside. I think making your own tea from scratch is more satisfying than having everything prepacked. The taste might not be as delicious as prepacked teas, but it makes you feel one step nearer to the nature. ππ
