Hi! That's because it got claimed so it's not unclaimed anymore. We don't want writers to see the claim and like it, just to find it and see that it has already been claimed.

If you guys are doing a season 2 next year, I think you should totally go ahead with the rule of “no specific bedroom dynamics being allowed in the prompts” that you almost enforced for this season. I feel like recent TK fests have been a bit unbalanced with which dynamic gets written the most for this reason, y’know? Plus it really cuts down on the drama, I imagine
Yes, if all goes somewhat smoothly this year, we probably will be having this rule next year. Too many fests have been having such similar problems over similar occurences.

i am very sorry that weirdos with a persecution complex are up in your retros inventing a new problem every day it’s a plague and they ruin so many writing related accs or events 😭 the best i can say is they’ll probably go away eventually if you stop replying and also that the silent majority don’t care/believe that shit and simply appreciate all the work you’ve done for us <33

No hate btw! and unrelated to dynamics! but im pretty sure i noticed a few prompts being VERY similar and all lined up… ik theres some people using different ao3 accounts spamming prompts 😭
Definitely something we noticed happening with over 7+ prompts and we got a few retros regarding it but we thought we were just being paranoid… but hearing multiple fests mention this happening to them too definitely makes us suspicious. Using more than 1 ao3 account in order to surpass the prompt limit doesn’t leave space for variety which may be why our stats and gap is so big. However, it’s too late to do anything and we’ve gotten too much hate for these speculations so…

Atp just declare it a certain bd fest because look how dilf jk fest deleted all the same looking prompts for being unfair while yall encouraged them. None of the other bd writers want to even interact with this fest because of the freaks already in the prompts and in your mentions
??? We had absolutely nothing to do with that? And we encourage ALL bd writers to join the fest, we want diversity within fests! Honestly, this war over dynamics is getting silly and we WILL be blocking and banning the next person who talks about (we know who these people are). This fest was solely to enjoy vampire taekook fics (and we almost even put out a rule against dynamics being mentioned) so its disheartening to see so many retros and comments about dynamics in a fest that’s supposed to be bloody and fun. For your information, I myself prefer vkook while the other mod ( 🦇)prefers kookv. We’re irl friends which is how we made this fest so NO, there isn’t preference. There are people obsessing over which position taekook are during sex instead. These comments, questions, are getting much too common within fests and you all need to know when to stop.

After the stunt you pulled of deleting vk prompts with zero hesitations or allowing the prompters to explain themselves, there is no way I’m believing a single thing that comes out of y’all. You are way to eager to sabotage vk prompters and writers so I would not put it past y’all to be the ones spam claiming vk prompts to make them unavailable for others.
First of all, we apologise for deleting prompts. This is both of our first times being mods so we truly don’t know better. We’re learning and now, because of NICER mods of kther fests, we know how to approach such situation. We know its unfair and all we can really say is sorry. However, those prompts were NOT deleted solely due to it being vk. And no, we’re not ‘spam claiming’ prompts. In fact, there’s a total of almost 20 vkook writers signed up?
Additionally, We can tell that its the exact same anon coming up to us and bombarding us with these horrible accusations and rude retros (easy to write when you’re anonymous i suppose) and if theres another one, we will not hesitate to ban and block from our fest ♥️ we have a good idea of who you are. Stop bombarding our fest with questions about dynamics, worries about dynamics, etc. there are LOTS of vkook prompts u can choose from if this is such an issue.

This is based on your recent reply but how do you know the twitter acc of the authors who claimed for you to dm if they haven't filled out the claiming form yet?
Some authors have matching twitter and ao3 users! And for one, we searched up their ao3 and they had their twitter linked.
