diving! seeing other people do it seems like fun and refreshing, as does meeting lots of fish and seeing the beauty of the sea. but after trying to swim in the sea, my eyes are already sore and i am afraid of sharks. what about you?

I know how to swim and have been thinking about trying out diving or snorkeling in the open sea. But honestly, I'm too afraid to swim in those deep waters. Hm— I also really want to learn how to surf, but it kinda makes me afraid too.
