1: Keep practicing. You will improve over time, even if it may not feel like it. Try not to compare yourself to other artists much, instead, use their art as reference—take a look at how they do certain things and emulate the parts you like.

2: Oh, there are MANY things that would fluster me: seeing guys with their arms up and feet exposed, having my feet kissed by close friends—well, I guess being kissed by very close friends in general works too, haha—men wearing flip-flops with thick straps (that quick shot of their soles as they walk on by is very hard not to look at), being tickled and having someone "torture" me with tickle talk (coochie coochie coo, etc.), and being "threatened" with fluffy feathers (I like the soft and fluffy).
