Man, I think twitter is fucked now. And it was bad before. Real bad even. There's a reason it was called a hellsite well before elmo got the bright idea to throw away 44 billion cashdollars. But fuck, nazis would actually get banned before.... Obviously, trump was massively popular and the racism problem was ever present, but there were lines. You could report an account for having a hitler username tweeting "death to _____" and reasonably expect that account to go bye-bye. You could literally report people for misgendering and sometimes twitter would do something! Wild stuff.

And that's not even getting into how many countless popular folks, celebrities, funny accounts, artists, creatives, and regular ass twitter users, etc. have straightup fled the site. The percentage of average to excellent tweets has plummeted, while the amount of full-on nazi, conspiracy rubbish, and transparent engagement bait tweets are only going up. Right alongside all the goddamn crypto/AI scammers and CONSTANT pornbots. UGH.
