Hey
I'm a new vtuber on Twitch. When I say new, I mean I haven't started yet, but I'm trying to get everything ready. I found your model on booth, and I really liked it, but I wasn't really sure if I was allowed to use it. You know for streaming, merch, and such. Would it be possible to know more? And if by chance I wouldn't be permitted to could I maybe buy it? Thank you so much for your help.

Hello! Asuka/Lumi are free models. My website elaborates more on the terms and conditions for live 2d models so make sure to read all of them! The model can be used in commercial and non-profitable ways with credit. Streaming is okay. Profits earned from streaming is all yours to keep. Reselling/claiming the design as your own is prohibited, this includes merchandise as well, such as t-shirts, mugs, posters, keychains, etc. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask!
Is it possible to use your models as an example when applying for agencies to show that when we're asked the question "do you have a live 2d model?" that we can show that we understand how to implement and utilize vtube studio during interviews? Of course, we would have to say that we do not own the model and that we are borrowing it
That is fine! Using it for auditions to showcase the usage of a live 2d model is okay. Usually when joining agencies, majority of the time, they give you new models/identities. The mention is very much appreciated and preferred. (For example, in Nijisanji auditions, you may use Asuka on your audition video.)
Hello! I really like your art and your models are amazing ! I was wondering, you mentioned it being alright to adjust to models' colors within vtube studio so long as the signature was shown! Are you alright with people similarly adjusting the models associative profile picture/cover art to match the model's colors in vtube studio?
Thank you for asking! Sorry but changes to illustrations will not be allowed.
Dear TsukinoHana, I love your art! :D
And besides my deep appreciation for it, I wanted to ask, if it is possible to buy a model with full rights to it (as in full ownership)? I assume it would be priced accordingly higher, correct?
Hello~! Yes it is possible. I open commissions for personalized vtuber models. You can check out the prices on my commission website. Commissioned models belong solely to the commissioner. If you have any other questions. Feel free to ask.
Hi, about the "direct edits/changes on the texture atlas is absolutely not allowed", if i DID want to have that done for $ to you, would that be an option? I really like the Asuka model as well.
Changing or any additions to my free models no matter what it is, is not negotiable. I do not accept commissions on changing or adding onto the free models either.
How i can download the model? And I have to pay the model or it's free?
You can download the model from my Ko-fi or BOOTH. The model is free.
Can we use the free model likeness to create a debut video?
I won't be using the model for the debut video since the quality is too high so it will feel out of place but will use it for the vtubing activity.
Of course~! Using the model for any vtubing activity is all good. As long as it does not involve selling the model/it's design and making a profit off merchandise.
Hey, I'm just having a little question about the "not making edits/changes to the model" part for Asuka, does that include color changes on Vtubestudio like changing Hair color? (cuz i rlly like fully white hair on the model.) If yes I'm going to respect that of course. Just wanted to be 100% sure. Appreciate you for releasing such a great model for free :d
Hello! Any color changes in Vtube Studio is fine with me as long as my signature on my model is visible. Direct edits/changes on the texture atlas is absolutely not allowed.
Can we commission you Asset to put on the free model you are offering ?!
Of course~! Depending whether if it's a full, half or bust up, base price is at 15. The price heavily depends on the design or what you're specifically asking for. For accessories, it depends as well. I can always offer a quote if asked.
This might be a stupid question but does the live2D com include character design price too or do we need to first ask a chara design com?
No worries! If you are referring to the character design sheets that are made, Live2D and Character designs are a different commission so you would have to order them separately. If we are working on a design you already have in mind for the live2d commission, that works fine as well.
