Gonna be a bit obvious, but I'm gonna say Chrysante Noxus. I chose him as my mascot not just because he has the reach and means to pull interactions, but because he's a self-serving creature who's being tugged in both heroic and villainous situations simultaneously.

Among others, he is either a toxic, arrogant ass looking to destroy reputations or the sacrificial lamb in someone else's triumph--and it's pretty rare that anyone has a neutral opinion on him.
