Do you have set commission prices anywhere or work off of case by case?

I have a commission sheet that you can find on my DA page. Right now I'm currently not taking any, but I'm hoping to sooner rather than later. Sometimes I do take a commission or two when I'm normally not taking any and those would be a case by case basis.
