avm has a more outgoing and playful nature, while ds is more on the serious and closed off side, basically their personalities are complete opposites like hot and cold. and um. at first ds doesnt really like avm and avoids because he sees him as an annoyance, but he eventually warms up to avm and opens up to him little by little, and yea they both became closer and closer over time and stuff. also like. they have this trope of avm always failing to save ds in every universe, like ds always dies no matter what avm does
