Guys, how to manage your feeling everytime you feel you're not okay?

when I’m not feeling okay, the first thing I do is acknowledge it instead of acting like everything’s fine. I’ve learned that it’s okay to not be okay, and accepting that is a huge step. I try to figure out what’s really getting to me, whether that means talking to a friend or just writing it down. I don't pressure myself to fix things right away, though. sometimes, it’s about taking small steps, like going for a walk, listening to music, or doing something that makes me happy. being around positive people helps too, but I also give myself space when I need it. I remind myself that feelings are temporary, and instead of fighting them, it’s better to just let them pass. and if things ever get too heavy, I don’t hesitate to reach out for support. honestly, managing how you feel is all about being patient with yourself and knowing it’s okay to take time to figure things out.
