Torture's an understatement. It's different from person to person on how to beat it. For me I usually either take a break from art altogether for a bit or experiment with stuff like sketches, practicing/learning certain skills, drawing random stuff (maybe even use an incorrect prompt generator or something like that); stuff like that.

Some people can push through it and make a bunch of art until they get rid of their art block; some need to avoid art completely for a bit; some need to just do something like cleaning or going for a quick walk. Everyone's different but my advice is to try to relax and have fun before anything else. Art's meant to be enjoyable, not a pain in the ass so make sure you're enjoying what you're making before anything else and do what you have to so you can enjoy it even if that means taking a break or two.
