Personally I think evil Heavymed could work without being similar to Cheavymed. They both have their own ways of going about it. Like you said, Cheavy would be the aggressor whereas Medic would be the victim. Especially with motives too. Cheavy would try and own Medic in a trophy wife sense whereas Heavy would own Medic in a caring/overprotective way. Maybe Heavy babies him. I personally don't care too much on in if something is "in character" tbh lol

I tend to be a bit more anal about being “in-character” since I write fics with the stock characters, and I know it bothers people. But I’m not gonna attack others for otherwise! Theres so many angles you can take the mercs at. :^)

But I do like that distinction, at the end of the day they both want to “own” him, whether that be “lovingly” or as a trophy. Either way, Medic is certainly not one to go belly up at someone trying to control him whether it be by force or with love.

OC talk ahead if you understandably want to skip this, but one of my first OCs Rudol has an ex that had a storyline like that. Older Heavy x younger Medic, the more mature and into the relationship he got he realized that his Heavy saw him more as a commodity. Even in bed and when they were actually dating, he found himself trapped by being in a career with the mf and ofc the physical differences. Being made to be submissive even as the older he got, the more he disliked it.

But Rudol has his wife now and he allows him to do as he pleases even if that means they’re both dominant and torturing Scouts together and everything ends happily lalala
