In Sefikura who fell first and who fell harder? Who initiates the first kiss? proposes first? 👀

In canon and in my HC, i think it's Cloud fell first but Sephiroth fell waaayyyy harder. I think Cloud gets fed up and initiates the first kiss, but it's Sephiroth who proposes!
